  • Vstřícné recepční, ochotné poradit a řešit problémy.

  • Malý pokoj do dvora kategorie ekonomy, ale s tím jsem počítala. Hotel však neinformuje o tom, že dvůr zaplňuje obří roura (údajně klimatizace), která hlasitě hučí ve dne i v noci, takže musíte spát se zavřeným oknem. První den nám nefungovaly televize a lampička, po nahlášení závady na recepci dali další den vše do pořádku, ale to už jsme odjížděli domů. Večer tekla jen velmi vlažná voda.

  • S pobytem jsme byli velice spokojeni. Ochotný vstřícný personál. Hotel je v docházkové vzdálenosti od autobusu i vlaku, není třeba jet autem.

  • Do pokojů s okny do ulice T.G.Masaryka je v noci velmi slyšet hluk z vedlejšího baru.

  • osobní přístup personálu, nic nebylo problém. Nejvíc jsem ocenila možnost úschovy zavazadel do doby odjezdu cca 3 hodky . Naprosto úžasná vstřícnost. Pokojíček bez okna potěšil cenou. Moc jsme byli spokojeni.
