  • Velmi vstřícný a ochotný personál. Všude čisto. Snídaně dobrá a dostačující se slušným výběrem.

  • Při rezervaci hotelového pokoje jsem žádala, v souladu s nabídkou, oddělené postele. V pokoji však bylo manželské lůžko. Protože se jednalo o jedno přespání, dalo se to zvládnout. Toto bylo snad jediné mínus v poměru k ceně.

  • Dobre místo skvěle snidane pěkný čistý hotel

  • Za takové peníze v centru Karlových Varů nemůžete čekat zázraky. Avšak hotel mile překvapil. Jak ochotou perzonálu tak čistotou a velikostí pokojů. Jestli si nepotrpíte na serepetičky v nóbl hotelech tak tohle je ta správná volba.

  • Für ein 2 Sterne Hotel OK. Wirkt etwas unaufgeräumt, ist aber sehr sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der erste Eindruck täuscht bei diesem Hotel. Wir waren bereits mehrmals dort zu Gast, und wir kommen wieder.
